WAY Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Ghent, Belgium, firing up the roaster since 2017. The story begins when coffee consultant Charlene De Buysere met Luk Thys, who had space at Dok-Noord and saw the potential of specialty coffee in Ghent. Today, they run several locations around town, offering single-origin beans (like a Colombia Betulia Papayo and Indonesia Sadayana), plus gear and capsules. They're also big on education, with workshops in espresso, Aeropress, and pour-over, and they offer subscriptions so you can keep fresh beans coming.
