Dambi Uddo Wadessa is a natural processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by the Guji Highland Coffee Plantation. Grown in the Dambi Uddo forest at 2140-2160 meters altitude on fertile clay soils. The coffee is harvested manually and dried on drying beds. It offers flavour notes of honey, papaya, fruity wine, mango, peach, and sweet orange. The coffee is farmed using an agroforestry model that preserves biodiversity and supports local farmers.
