The coffee is of the Batian variety, a disease-resistant crossbreed developed in Kenya. Processed using the natural method with a 10-day anaerobic fermentation followed by brief sun drying and slow drying in polytunnels. Flavour notes include red grapes, almond oil, and hibiscus.
