Ethiopia Kebena

Summary

A washed Ethiopia from the Kebena Estate, run by Haider Abamecha, in the Limu Kossa district of the Jimma Zone, Oromia region, grown at 1,865–2,090 masl. The estate spans 532 hectares with organic and RFA certified practices, its own processing infrastructure and shade-grown coffee on fertile volcanic soil. Heirloom variety, traditional washed process: depulped, fermented overnight in water tanks, washed in channels and dried on African beds with hand-sorting. Espresso roast with a clean, elegant, balanced cup of mulberry, linden blossom and wild honey.
