Longboard Mmgc 2026 Cascara
Summary
Cascara from Boquete, Panama, made from the dried cherry skins of Geisha coffee. A micro-lot release from Terrain BKK / Terroir Laboratory, offering a sweet, complex fruit-tea profile: intense floral aroma on the first sip, clean exotic dried-fruit sweetness in the middle, and a long honeyed finish. Tasting notes of hibiscus tea, rose and red berry jam. Character scale rates aroma, flavour and sweetness at 9/9, body 2/9 and acidity 4/9. Recommended for filter brewing.
