Burundi Hafi
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Muyinga, Burundi, produced by smallholder farmers of the Hafi community at 1715 MASL. The Bourbon variety undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation, with whole cherries enclosed for 24-48 hours before slow sun-drying on raised beds. The result is a vibrant, plush and complex cup with notes of ripe black cherry, bright mandarin orange and concentrated dried mango sweetness, carried by a rich, jammy body into a long, lingering finish.
