A single-origin specialty coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by the El Bombo Women's Group — a cooperative of 85 female-owned farms. The coffee is organically certified and undergoes a fully washed process. It features varieties including Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra and Colombia, grown at altitudes of 1,350–1,800 metres. The cup profile offers caramel and brown sugar sweetness, crisp red apple brightness, and a smooth roasted hazelnut and toffee finish.
