Summary

Single-origin coffee from Brazil's Campo dos Vertentes region, produced by the Sancoffee cooperative. Grown at 1010 meters altitude using the Mundo Novo variety. The coffee is naturally processed - cherries are machine-harvested and dried on patios in extremely thin layers before finishing in mechanical rotary dryers at controlled temperatures, resulting in a clean cup with minimal ferment notes. Flavor profile includes dried plums, cocoa, nougat, and nuts. Roasted by Concept Coffee Roastery. Packaged as 6 coffee-filled filter bags for convenient preparation.
