Swan Song Coffee is a UK-based specialty coffee roaster with a serious commitment to long-term producer relationships—six years and counting with their Brazilian partner Patricia Coelho. Their lineup spans from approachable milk-chocolate-and-hazelnut espresso blends to adventurous co-fermented lots and Best of Panama contenders. Everything is single origin, roasted to order for either filter or espresso. They source transparently, paying well above commodity prices, and aren't afraid to geek out on process details like anoxic washed or peach co-fermentation. No café of their own, but their beans ship across the UK. Honest coffee from a roaster who clearly cares who grows it.
