Summary
ASMAN GAYO is a natural processed coffee from Indonesia, produced by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto at his mill in the Pegasing district of Takengon, Aceh, North Sumatra. The mill supports small producers who have rebuilt their farms after a natural disaster. Grown at 1300-1650m altitude, the varieties include Ateng, Bor Bor, Catimor and Timor. The coffee is described as fruity and jammy with fine sweetness and bright grape acidity, with notes of red grapes, honeydew and fruit punch.
