Suedhang is a specialty coffee roaster and café in Tübingen, Germany, founded by Robin and Martin. They're best known for their deep dive into Canephora (robusta)—developing their own roast profiles and brew methods, and even publishing a book about it. They roast for both filter and espresso, offer a house subscription, and run a daily café in Tübingen's city center.
