Summary

A washed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown by small producers around Gerse kebele in the Gedeo Zone. Cherries are processed at Mikiyas Bogale's washing station where they are sorted, pulped, fermented, washed in channels and dried on raised beds. Grown at 2000-2200 meters altitude. Tasting notes of honeydew, lychee and magnolia. A clean, floral coffee with gentle sweetness and an elegant profile. Available as both filter and espresso roast.
