Stooker is a B Corp certified specialty coffee roaster in Amsterdam, roasting since 2014. Every week they fire up small batches of seasonal single origins from Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia and beyond—each lot scoring 84 points or higher before it hits the grinder. Their roasting philosophy is light enough to let origin character shine, precise enough to bring out sweetness and complexity. The beans find their way into 200+ restaurants and hotels across Europe, or straight to your door via subscription (roasted the week they ship). They also run an SCA-certified coffee academy in Amsterdam for anyone looking to level up their skills. All good, as they say.
