The Honduran beans provide a smooth, chocolatey base, while the Colombian and Burundian beans add bright berry and dried fruit notes, resulting in a well-balanced and smooth cup with notes of raisin, milk chocolate, and smooth chocolate. It is suitable for various brewing methods including filter, cafetiere, AeroPress, and espresso.
