A washed coffee from Mount Sunzu, located in Mbala, Zambia. Starmaya variety. Processed on-site with selective picking, floating, pulping, dry fermentation for 24 hours using naturally occurring yeast and bacteria, then dried on raised beds for 10 days. Flavour notes of white wine, raisin, and molasses, with a fresh crisp mouthfeel, soft fruit cake sweetness and bright dried-fruit tones.
