Single-origin Arabica from Vietnam's Lam Dong province, grown by Twin Beans Farm in the Đạ Sar area of Lạc Dương at roughly 1,500 metres on the slopes of the Lang Biang range. The Catimor variety is fully washed. High altitude, cool climate and red basalt soils slow cherry maturation, developing layered fruit and bright acidity. Aroma notes of orange, apricot and honey. Harvest 2025-2026, supplied by Vietkey Farm.
