Ovalle – Guatemala Huehuetenango Regional Coffee Beans
Summary
Ovalle is a regional washed coffee from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown at 1,750 MASL by a community of around 400 smallholder farms working alongside producers Renardo and Jacqueline Ovalle, after whom the coffee is named. It is a cornerstone of the Qawale project, which supports the local coffee community through quality-based remuneration, producer training and logistics. Washed at origin, it develops a clean, bright cup with vibrant citrus fruit, notes of cocoa and a rounded natural sweetness. Roasted by SOLO Brewing Lisbon.
