Colombia La Muralla
Summary
Colombia La Muralla is a single-origin coffee from an informal group of young producers in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia. It is a blend of Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, and Pink Bourbon varieties grown at 1,700-1,900 masl and processed as washed. In the cup, it is fruity and complex with balanced notes of pomegranate and stone fruit, a full body, and rich brown sugar sweetness. Flavor notes include pomegranate, brown butter, and goldenberry. Roasted light-medium, it works well for both filter and espresso.
