It combines 50% natural process coffee from Abdurahiman Aba Bulga with 50% washed coffee from Abdo Aba Mecha, both members of the Tokuma group, a collective of producers in Western Ethiopia. The blend pairs a jammy, sweet natural with a clean, citrusy washed coffee for a complex, balanced cup. Tasting notes of raspberry, sweet cream, and lemon curd. Versatile and approachable, ideal for espresso or filter.
