Summary

A washed AA coffee from the Karundu Coffee Factory in Nyeri County, Kenya, operated by the Rugi Farmers Co-operative Society. Grown at approximately 1,650 masl with varieties SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian. The cherries are pulped with water from the Sagana River, rested overnight, washed, soaked, and dried slowly on raised tables. In the cup it offers lively cola sweetness, soft poached pear, rich plum jam, and a delicate rooibos tea finish.
