Ethiopia Gara Agena Parachutes Drip Coffee Bags
Summary
A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Gara Agena farm near the Geta River in Sidma's Bura district. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness, immersed in water to remove floaters, soaked for 8 hours, then depulped and fermented for 36 hours. The parchment is dried on raised beds in shade for 21 days. This washed process yields a clean, stone fruit forward cup with notes of apricot and nectarine. Packaged as drip coffee bags, designed for brewing black.
