Single O

Single O is a Sydney-based specialty coffee roaster, true to their name with single origins at the heart of everything. They drop around three new origins each month, chosen first for sheer deliciousness and backed by farms with solid quality and sustainability practices. With cafes in Surry Hills, Carriageworks, Newstead, and even Tokyo—plus a wholesale network they call Supercafes—they've got reach across Australia and Japan. Their blends like Reservoir, Collider, and Killerbee cater to milky drinkers and espresso purists, while the redesigned Parachutes drip bags deliver v60-style extraction on the go. A Clockwork subscription keeps fresh beans rotating through their latest single-origin finds straight to your door.
