Summary
Bant Sawk is a natural processed coffee from the Hopong Cooperative in Taunggy, Southern Shan, Myanmar. Grown at 1,100–1,600 meters altitude by a group of Shan and Pa O farmers who transitioned from poppy farming to specialty coffee. Varieties include Arabica S-765, Catimor, Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon. Processed naturally and dried on raised beds. Flavour profile features sweet and floral aromas like candied orange, funky winey notes of strawberry and banana, and a thick body like spiced toffee.
