Grown at 1800 MASL and roasted light, this lot offers a bright and aromatic profile with tasting notes of raspberry lemonade, juicy stone fruits, and delicate florals. The coffee undergoes a 72-hour dry fermentation with whole cherries, followed by de-pulping and another 72-hour fermentation before being dried on parabolic solar dryers for 10 to 30 days.
