El Paraiso Zeo - Zeo Geisha
Summary
A limited lot from Finca El Paraiso in Cauca, Colombia, produced by Alex Bermudez at 1930 MASL. The Geisha variety undergoes the Zeo process: cherries are ozone-disinfected, frozen to -40°C, then dried under negative pressure with zeolites aiding sublimation. In the cup it shows a juicy profile of stonefruit, jasmine and bright citrus like lime, with starburst candy, yellow plum and lime juice, a creamy coating body and a sweet, clean finish.
