Summary
FLR 70/30 is a dark roasted espresso blend made from 70% Brazilian and 30% Ugandan coffees. The Brazilian component comes from San Coffee in Campo das Vertentes, Minas Gerais, grown at 900–1200 masl and consisting of Bourbon, Catuai, and Mundo Novo varieties. The Ugandan component is from Kaweri Coffee Plantation in Mubende, Central Uganda, grown at 1200–1350 masl and featuring Robusta varieties Nganda and Erecta. Both coffees are processed using the natural method. The espresso is full-bodied, with notes of hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and spices, and has a low acidity.
