The lineup leans heavily on single origins: Peru, Colombia, Thailand, Ethiopia, Indonesia—both washed and natural processed, plus a couple of genuinely interesting decaf options. Their cafe is open Wednesday through Sunday, with a Saturday pop-up at the Rotterdamse Oogst Markt. New coffees land regularly; recent additions include a Thailand Mae Jan Tai and taster sets for dialling in filter or espresso at home. No frills, just well-bought beans roasted with purpose.
