Raro - Ethiopia
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from Uraga, Guji, grown at 1,900–2,200 m by smallholder farms and processed at the Raro Boda wet mill, part of SNAP's network. Heirloom variety, fully washed: cherries are depulped, fermented underwater in ceramic-tiled tanks for 48–72 hours, washed, density-sorted, soaked in spring water and dried on raised beds for 10–14 days. The cup is very clean with calm floral lavender and a complex sweet acidity of blood orange and bergamot. Recommended for filter brewing.
