Ethiopian coffee from the Arsosala washing station in Guji, produced by 1,200 smallholder farmers. The coffee is Typica and Bourbon varieties, washed processed, and grown at 1800 meters above sea level. Flavour notes include white peach, jasmine, and bergamot. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
