Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Adorsi washing station in Yirgacheffe, produced by Faysel A. Yonis and about 450 independent farmers. Grown at 1950m, this Kurume variety lot offers a pristine cup with notes of blueberry, green apple, and panela. Part of Testi Coffee's Premium Cherry Selection program, it is processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds.
