Summary
Cerro San Luis is a single estate coffee from Costa Rica, sourced from the family-run Cerro San Luis Micromill in the West Valley region near Grecia. The coffee is of the SL-28 variety, grown at altitudes between 1200 and 1900 meters. It undergoes an anaerobic honey fermentation process, resulting in a sweet and complex profile with wine-like acidity. Flavour notes include fig, red grape, and dried plum. Available as whole beans or ground in 250g, 500g, or 1kg sizes.
