Alaka (filter)
Summary
Alaka is a single-origin filter coffee from Ethiopia, sourced from smallholder farmers in the Guji region around the Hambela Alaka Washing Station. Grown at 1900 to 2250 meters above sea level, it features the Heirloom variety and is naturally processed, dried on African beds in the sun. The cup profile offers notes of peach, orange, and wildberry with a medium-light body and smooth texture.
