Kotowa Las Brujas Geisha Clean Natural
Summary
Single-origin Geisha from Kotowa Farms' Las Brujas lot 26-094 in Boquete, Panama. This lot was processed as a Natural: cherries picked on 3 February rested overnight in bags, then laid in a thin 5 cm layer on raised African beds and dried for 15 days, turned twice daily, before finishing 48 hours in a rotary drier. The cup is elegant and clean, with jasmine, apricot and brown sugar, and pronounced jasmine and tea-like notes. Roasted quite light; resting longer gives better results.
