Altieri Pre-dry Natural Geisha Dfc
Summary
A rare Geisha from the Altieri farm in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1800m in volcanic soil under 70% shade. This lot underwent a pre-dry natural process: 4 days of initial drying on African beds, 2 days of fermentation in Grain Pro bags, then 35 days of slow drying at 18°C. The result is a complex, sweet, and intense coffee with elevated tropical fruit notes and a clean finish.
