Founded in 2022 by Matt Winton, this Zurich, Switzerland-based specialty coffee roaster goes for a light style of development built around sweetness and flavour. They travel directly to origin — from Colombia's Finca Los Nogales to Ethiopia's Alo Coffee to Panama's Elida Estate — building exclusive relationships with producers along the way. Everything's roasted to order weekly on Stronghold roasters powered entirely by renewable electricity. Expect a tight lineup of single origins and blends, including The House Blend, Cherry Ripe, and a decaf Bedtime Blend. They ship internationally from Zurich.
