A Chiroso Washed coffee from Las Perlitas farm in Huila, Colombia, sourced through The Coffee Quest. Smallholder farmers across the region bring their Chiroso harvests to the dry mill where the best lots are individually cupped and blended into this export lot. Processed using the Classic Washed method. Offers flavour notes of cherry, orange, prune, and almond with a juicy mouthfeel. Bright acidity balanced by sweetness. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
