Summary

A washed coffee from Burundi's Kayanza province, produced by 841 smallholder farmers and processed at the Butegana washing station. The Red Bourbon variety is grown at 1612 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a yeast-inoculated fully washed process, with a 96-hour fermentation using LALCAFÉ CIMA™ yeast, resulting in a clean, vibrant cup with notes of orange, strawberry, and honey. Roasted very light (95 agtron).
