Summary

DUO47 is a blend of 67% Brazil (Chapada Diamantina) and 33% Ethiopia (Guji). The Brazilian component, grown by Luca Allegro, is pulped natural and adds body, sweetness, and notes of chocolate and hazelnut. The Ethiopian component, from 500 smallholder farmers, is fully washed and adds acidity and cherry notes. Roasted light, it offers a sweet and smooth cup with tasting notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and cherry, suitable for espresso and milk-based drinks as well as other brewing methods.
