Ethiopian natural coffee from the Sidamo region, produced at the Ayla washing station established by Faysel Abdosh in 2018 and named after his niece. About 800 smallholder farmers deliver selectively handpicked ripe cherry, which is sorted, washed and dried on raised beds for 15-20 days. Grown at 1,950-2,000 masl from JARC 74110 and JARC 74158 varieties. Tasting notes of strawberry, chocolate and floral.
