Sumè Blend
Summary
A blend of natural process Ethiopian Wush Wush from Israel Degefa's farm in Guji (2100–2300m) and wet-hulled Sumatra Aceh Tengah from producers Wagiman and Yasmin (1450m). The Ethiopian component offers raspberry, blackberry, floral, lychee, and butterscotch notes, while the Sumatran brings dark chocolate, clove, pipe tobacco, and lime. Together they create a complex cup with sweet fruit, halvah, cocoa, and candy-cap mushroom flavors, with a plush, satiny mouthfeel and crisp finish. Light/medium roast. Scored 94 points by Coffee Review.
