The Yard is a seasonal house blend from Redemption Roasters, featuring coffee from Colombia and Rwanda. The Colombian component comes from the municipality of Ortega, Cauca, produced by Asociación Sembradores de Vida (Caturra and Catuai varieties, 1600 masl, washed). The Rwandan component comes from the Nyamasheke region, produced by local farmers supplying Gisheke Washing Station (Red Bourbon variety, 1500-1700 masl, washed). Flavour notes include red apple and caramel. As espresso it is juicy, and with milk it offers brown sugar and honey mouthfeel. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
