Ngila Estate
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Ngila Estate in northern Tanzania, situated on the edge of the cloud forest surrounding the Ngorongoro Crater. The farm is run by Vera Stücker and is Rainforest Alliance Certified, with a focus on sustainability and wildlife conservation. This lot is 100% Kent variety, processed using the Red Honey method, resulting in bright, juicy flavours of blood orange, golden raisins, and pomegranate with a syrupy body.
