Costa Rica Hummingbird is a specialty coffee from the West Valley region, specifically San Ramón and Tarrazú, grown at 1700 meters. It is produced by Café de Altura and consists of Caturra and Catuai varieties. The coffee undergoes a Yeast Anaerobic Washed process, resulting in a clean cup with floral notes of hibiscus, sweetness of cherries and honey, and a finish of milk chocolate. Roasted light to preserve its natural sweetness and complexity, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
