Red Fawn Coffee Roasters

Red Fawn Coffee Roasters is a family-run specialty coffee roaster and café in Trnava, Slovakia. They buy fresh-crop arabica from all over the world, pulling in uniquely complex lots that come with a specific producer behind them, then roast to let the natural fruit and sweetness shine. Expect bright stuff: anaerobic naturals, yeast-washed coffees, clean washed Kenyans. They roast every Tuesday and Thursday, so beans are never sitting around, and ship orders daily. If you're in Trnava, stop by their café for a brew from a barista who actually cares. Order online and they'll send it your way. It's coffee with a sense of place, roasted by people who clearly love the chase.
