This inoculated washed Red Bourbon is the result of a collaboration between Red Bank Coffee Roasters and Muraho Trading Company. Grown in Kilimbi, Nyamasheke, Western Province, Rwanda at 1,600-1,650 MASL. The coffee underwent an inoculated washed process where Lactobacillus plantarum and Pichia kluyveri were introduced during fermentation, resulting in a clean, bright cup with notes of blood orange, cola and rooibos.
