Mono Brazil
Summary
Single origin coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Processed using the dry/natural method where coffee beans dry inside the fruit skin under the sun until reaching 10-13% moisture content, allowing the fruit sugars to ferment and shape the final flavor. This results in a full-bodied cup with chocolate sweetness and roasted nutty notes. Flavor profile includes walnut, cocoa, and chocolate. Medium roasted, recommended for espresso preparation (18g in, 36-38g out, 25-28 seconds at 92.5°C).
