Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from the Limu region of Ethiopia, grown by Mustefa Abakeno on an 18-hectare farm at over 2000 meters above sea level in the Jimma zone. The coffee is from varieties 74110 and 74112, developed by the Jimma Research Center. The cup is clean, elegant, and layered, with ripe apricot fruitiness, creamy toffee sweetness, and a refined green tea finish. The washed process involves soaking, pulping, controlled fermentation, washing, skin drying, and African bed drying.
