Guji Buku Abel
Summary
A specialty coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, grown at over 2000 meters altitude. The coffee is sourced by the Buku washing station from smallholder farmers who cultivate using traditional agroforestry methods. Processed using the washed method, resulting in a clean, elegant cup profile with floral aromas, lively acidity, and complex fruit notes. The lot features the JARC 74112 variety, a scientifically selected cultivar developed for disease resistance and exceptional cup quality. Flavour notes include mandarin, peach, and green tea. Light roast, suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
