Costa Rica single origin coffee from Finca Bányai, grown in the Alajuela region (Naranjo, Lourdes) near the Poás volcano at 1410-1550 meters elevation on nutrient-rich volcanic soil. The coffee is of the Villa Sarchi variety, a natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon discovered in Costa Rica's Sarchí region in the 1950s. Processed using the dry/natural method. The cup profile features red apple, buttery caramel, and milk chocolate notes with clean, elegant acidity and medium body.
