Summary
A decaffeinated Colombian coffee from the Azahar Decaf project, produced by multiple farmers (Diego Javier Trujillo Apache, Elkin Ramírez, Willinton Hoyos, Fredy Palomino Parra, Cesar Calles, Hernan Florez, Rolando Guerrero, Derly Herrera, Camilo Andrés Cupitre Aldana) from nine farms in Santa Maria, Icononzo, Rovira, Rioblanco, and Ibagué regions at 1,700–2,000 masl. Grown from the Rosado/Pink Bourbon variety, washed processed, and decaffeinated using the E.A. (Sugarcane) method. Flavour notes of ripe mango, caramel, and whipped cream.
